Most definitely. You can see the effects of Eisner no longer being at the studio throughout this film. And of course Lasseter's involvement must be credited.

no unfortunately. There's only two places in England showing it in 3-d and I'm nowhere near either of them. I'm seriously considering going back to watch it again tomorrow. I keep playing one of the songs from it on myspace over and over and over...

WOW! I finaly saw it! And my verdict...? Disney is back! Firstly, the animation is to die for. Incredibly emotive and fluid it's a joy to behold. Then we have the villain Bowler Hat Guy, an absolutely brilliant character who provies some of the film's biggest laughs. Speaking of comedy, this film ha...

Wow! I got up at 4am to see this baby go live and my god was it worth it. Easily the best animation Pixar have done to date. This film looks so gorgeous. Now if we can only do something about that UK October release date...

This film sounds absolutely amazing! I couldn't stop shaking when I read the article. It all sounds so original and exciting and to have the first act pretty much without dialogue is such a bold and daring move. I'm so glad that Pixar is trying something so radically different. The use of a real act...

The only art of... book was for Hercules. We bought it in Disneyland Paris but I had to wait 3 months until christmas before I could read it! It was amazing though. Oh wait no, I just realised I got the Fantasia 2000 book as well in the silver casing when I was in Disneyworld Florida back in 2001. T...

I don't agree with that at all. Disney is radically different from only 2 years ago under Eisner. Particularly in the aproach of campaigns as well as their plans for animated movies over the next few years and a major re-structuring of executive positions in the studios and theme parks. Not to menti...

I don't get it. When the Toy Story 3 thing was announced a couple of weeks ago it said 2009. Why the change?

I'm now starting to doubt this JimHill story. Pixar is not free from plagarising (Cars and Incredibles anyone?) but there is no way that Lasetter would commission a film that has this many similarities to another. Somewhere along the line Hill's sources seem to have got their wies crossed.
